Taylor is an Associate, working in the Sports and Higher Education practices for Parker Executive Search

Taylor brings a unique perspective to the Parker Executive Search team having been a former student-athlete at the Division I level and working with multiple internship positions involving content creation and operations. In her current role, her main responsibilities are to conduct comprehensive research on clients and target institutions, develop and execute a detailed search strategy, and assist in the recruitment of qualified candidates based on the needs of the client and institution. Taylor’s high energy, determination, and strong people skills are key assets to the firm.

Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Taylor worked for PRO Sports Assembly on their Operations and Content Creation Taskforce helping to develop content for their platforms ‘The Hall’ and ‘The Huddle’. Prior to that, Taylor interned with WinningEdge Leadership Academy partnered with Facebook's Black Creative Network to create content for a Dallas Wings player.

Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. She competed for four years as a Women’s Track & Field athlete for Pitt as a triple jumper and long jumper. During her career at Pitt, she earned accolades such as ACC Honor Role, ACC All-Academic Team, ACC Second-Team Honors for triple jump and long jump, USTFCCA All-Academic Honors, Pitt Scholar-Athlete, and the PNC Community Champion Award.

From Pitt, Taylor attended the University of Central Florida and became a Graduate Assistant for Dr. Richard Lapchick and The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (TIDES). She graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Sports Business Management (MSBM).

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new activities, and working out every now and again to see if she’s still got it.
