Gray is an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, working in the Sports practice for Parker Executive Search.

Gray is a Georgia native who earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, and her Master of Science with an emphasis in Sports Management and Policy from the University of Georgia.

With this strong educational foundation, Gray has developed a unique blend of skills and insights into marketing strategies and the world of sports administration.

In her current role, her main responsibilities are to conduct thorough research on clients and target institutions, organize and execute search timelines, and assist colleagues in the recruitment of qualified candidates based on the needs of the client and institution. Gray’s organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make her a valuable asset to the Parker Executive Search team.

Prior to joining Parker Executive Search, Gray helped open the Atlanta Pickleball Center (APC), a 10-court indoor pickleball facility in Atlanta, GA as a sports marketing intern. In this role, she focused on creating a target consumer base for APC and assisted in the day-to-day operations involved with opening and running a large sports facility.

Gray also worked as a sales and sponsorship intern for the South Georgia Tormenta FC in Statesboro, GA. In this role, she focused on making group ticket sales to soccer games and creating a positive fan experience for game attendees.

In her spare time, Gray enjoys watching sports, exercising, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
