At PES, our approach is simple, but our task is not: we strive to identify unmatched talent for our clients while also growing our own team of experts. Over the past few years, PES has seen remarkable growth by every metric and across each of our four practice areas, including number of searches, number of clients and the geographic footprint we serve. This progress is a testament to more than a strengthening economy; it is a testament to a seasoned team that understands the trends that impact our clients and the level of talent that they seek.

Our results in 2013 were dramatic. We conducted more than 100 searches last year, and in the last three years conducted more than 300 searches in 35 states, frequently collaborating with our global partner, AMROP. To better serve our clients during this time of growth, we enhanced our leadership team. This team brings a combined 75+ years of experience to providing unparalleled client service.

I'm eager to celebrate my 30th year in search in May, and I continue to be incredibly proud of our team of talented search experts.
