Tara Flickinger recently joined the Parker Executive Search team from Goldman Sachs. Tara received her undergraduate degree from Brown University. A graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Tara now serves on their Alumni Council. She is also a member of the 691 Society of East Lake and volunteers her time at the First Tee program mentoring youth. In her new role, she will support a wide range of clients with the corporate practice team, utilizing her experience in sales and business development.

Ryan Grant and Rodes Cole, who head up PES' corporate practice, were recently recruited to serve their community in three key leadership roles. Grant joined the advisory board of Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health treatment organization in Atlanta, as well as the advisory board for the College Football Hall of Fame. Cole was appointed to the executive committee of the Emory University Board of Visitors. Contributing to civic organizations and effecting positive change in the local community are integral parts of the Parker Executive Search culture.
