LeasePlan USA has named Debbie Boyce as Senior Vice President, Operations. Boyce will be responsible for managing the operations departments within LeasePlan USA to delivering the best service to both internal and external clients. Boyce previously served as Associate Vice President of Client Experience for Cox Automotive.
