LeasePlan Hires Derek Laprise as VP Sales, Truck Division

LeasePlan USA has announced the hiring of Derek Laprise as Vice President of Sales - Truck Division. Laprise, an industry veteran, joins LeasePlan after serving as a fleet management consultant in the Southeast. Laprise began his career in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military service, Derek utilized the core values of dedication, leadership, loyalty, and a strong work ethic at Penske Truck Leasing where he was awarded “Rookie of the Year.” He soon joined the elite sales team, resulting in several consecutive years in the “Winner’s Circle.” Derek gained additional experience and success with Ryder Transportation at the rental counter and working with the service department demonstrating notable skills in prime asset management.
