Kennesaw State University has named Lesley Netter-Snowden as assistant vice president for campus services, effective immediately.

Netter-Snowden has served as interim assistant vice president for campus services since March 2019. She also serves as KSU’s chief institutional auditor, a position she has held since May 2017.

Reporting to Tricia Chastain, vice president for administration, Netter-Snowden is responsible for providing leadership to several student- and customer-focused areas, including the bookstore, card services, dining services, parking and transportation, the print shop, the mailroom, housing and residence life.

“Since stepping into the role as interim assistant vice president, Lesley has done an outstanding job leading Campus Services,” said Chastain. “She is a talented leader who is passionate about putting students first and providing high quality customer service. I look forward to working with her as we continue to enhance our services to better meet the needs of our students.”

As Kennesaw State’s Chief Institutional Auditor, Netter-Snowden led the team responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the University’s risk management, control and governance processes.

“After serving as chief auditor over the previous two years, I am grateful and excited for the opportunity to join Campus Services and have a direct impact on student success and enhancing the on-campus experience for our students,” Netter-Snowden said.

Prior to Kennesaw State, Netter-Snowden spent nearly 13 years in Atlanta with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), one of the world’s largest professional services firms. She was a senior manager with EY’s Professional Practice Group for close to five years after beginning her career in accounting as a staff auditor with the Assurance team. She worked primarily with nonprofit, government and public-sector clients.

Netter-Snowden is a certified public accountant in Georgia and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University.
