Ingram Barge Names Oscar Harrell AVP for Human Resources

Ingram Barge Company, a subsidiary of Ingram Industries, has named Oscar Harell as Assistant Vice President for Human Resources. As AVP, Harrell will provide strategic leadership across the organization sa an internal business partner, delivering proactive, innovative, customer-facing HR solutions that align with business objectives and goals. Harrell previously worked in Human Resources for Mars Petcare.
