Felipe Smolka Named Senior Vice President, Transformation for LeasePlan USA

LeasePlan USA has named Felipe Smolka as Senior Vice President, Transformation. Smolka will be responsible for the successful implementation of LeasePlan USA's transformation programs to ensure achievement of the organization's strategic aims. He will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive local transformation programs; including service, infrastructure and organizational change, and lead the delivery of major service re-design programs. Smolka was previously with IBM in the Global Connected Vehicles space.
