Cronin is responsible for soliciting and interviewing prospective franchise candidates, working with operational management to add and re-purchase franchisees, assisting franchisees, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Franchising department. Cronin previously worked in Franchise Operations at Pet Supplies Plus.
