Nichiha USA, Inc. has announced the hiring of Beth Lynn as Human Resources Manager. Lynn will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, including hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training/development, health and safety/environmental compliance, and policy development. Lynn joins Nichiha after previously serving as Business Manager for OCOM Hospital in Oklahoma City.
