The John Maxwell Company today announced the appointment of Linda McGuigan as division president of Corporate Solutions effective Jan. 1, 2017.

In this role, McGuigan will lead day-to-day operations and steer the strategy, vision and organizational direction for the division, which provides impactful leadership, culture and organizational solutions to businesses. She will also collaborate with executive leaders across various businesses in John C. Maxwell's enterprise, which includes The John Maxwell Company, The John Maxwell Team, EQUIP Leadership and the soon-to-be-formed The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation.  Each business focuses on specific programs, events and audiences to reach, develop and improve the skills and lives of millions of people around the world.

Prior to joining The John Maxwell Company, McGuigan progressed through executive leadership roles in Fortune 500 and startup companies. Her record of success includes driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and building innovative sales programs for companies like AT&T, Sprint, Pitney Bowes and Alliant Technologies.

Most recently, the vice president of global adoption for Moves the Needle, Inc., McGuigan was part of the core senior team tasked with launching the startup into the global enterprise market. During her 11-year tenure with AT&T, she was appointed to head sales operations for the $10 billion Signature Client Group, leading the group to tremendous success. She also customized, delivered and executed breakthrough sales training for 350 senior directors in this group.

McGuigan graduated with distinction from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. She is an active member of the Global Board of buildOn and serves on the Advisory Board of Alliant Technologies.
