Forestar Group has named Frank Covelli as Director, Land Development. Covelli will be responsible for coordinating and managing the land development functions for a specific area, including entitlement assistance, site engineering, budgeting and permitting, and utilities and amenity packages. Covelli previously served as Director of Land Development with CalAtlantic Homes.
